Whether you are supporting employees, students, patients, or service users, MHSS Refer provides a simple, structured pathway into continuous, person-centred support with us.
Once a referral is submitted, our team takes it forward. We contact the individual directly, arrange appointments, and provide consistent, ongoing support tailored to their needs.

A Secure, Closed System
MHSS Refer is intentionally designed as a closed system.

Submitted referrals cannot be accessed, retrieved, or viewed by the referring organisation once sent

Data is transferred securely and handled solely by our team

Responsibility for the data transfers to us upon submission

Access is strictly limited to authorised personnel only

To get started, register here:
We’ll need:

You will then be assigned a unique Organisation ID to log in.

Consent & Responsibilities
When making a referral, your organisation must:

We then take responsibility for:

Cost
This service is completely free.
We may introduce fees in the future, but if we do, you will receive a minimum of 60 days’ notice.
Agreements & Compliance
Before accessing MHSS Refer, your organisation will be asked to review and sign:
