Raise Awareness & Reduce Stigma
We work to make conversations about mental health a normal part of everyday life. Through our work, we challenge misconceptions, speak of the unspoken, and help people feel safe and supported when talking about their mental wellbeing.
Provide Accessible Support & Resources
We offer free support through our trained volunteers, from instant messaging and appointments. We share practical tools for self-care, recognising mental health challenges, and developing healthier habits.
Build partnerships
We collaborate with universities, schools, workplaces, care homes, prisons, foster homes, and many other settings. By working within areas, we help people access the right support at the right time.
Build for the future
We are working toward new initiatives such as our High Street Hubs and expanding partnerships, so that even more people can access our support. Our long-term goal is to make mental health education and compassionate support as accessible and available in as many settings as possible.
