MHSS REFER

A Direct Route to Ongoing Mental Health Support

MHSS Refer is our secure referral system designed for organisations who want to connect their people with ongoing mental health and emotional wellbeing support.

Whether you are supporting employees, students, patients, or service users, MHSS Refer provides a simple, structured pathway into continuous, person-centred support with us.

​

Once a referral is submitted, our team takes it forward. We contact the individual directly, arrange appointments, and provide consistent, ongoing support tailored to their needs.

Who Can Refer?

We work with a wide range of organisations, including:

  • Companies and workplaces

  • Schools, colleges, and universities

  • Hospitals and healthcare providers

  • GP practices

  • Charities and youth organisations

  • Mental health and wellbeing services

If you support people, you can refer them.

A Secure, Closed System

MHSS Refer is intentionally designed as a closed system.

​

  • Submitted referrals cannot be accessed, retrieved, or viewed by the referring organisation once sent

  • Data is transferred securely and handled solely by our team

  • Responsibility for the data transfers to us upon submission

  • Access is strictly limited to authorised personnel only

​

This ensures confidentiality, reduces risk, and protects the individual’s privacy at every stage.

Organisation Setup

To get started, simply contact us:

We will set up your organisation and provide access to the platform.

​

We’ll need:

  • Organisation name

  • Contact email (shared or individual)

  • Contact phone number

  • Organisation address

​

You will then be assigned a unique Organisation ID.

Bespoke Options

While MHSS Refer is designed as a universal system, we understand that some organisations need something more tailored.

​

We can develop bespoke versions of the platform, building on the core system to include:

​

  • Custom workflows

  • Additional data fields

  • Integration with your internal processes

How It Works

Think of MHSS Refer as a one-way bridge built for safety and clarity.

  1. You submit a referral through our secure system

  2. The referral is received by our team only

  3. We contact the individual directly

  4. Ongoing support is arranged and delivered

​

We offer support through:

​

  • Phone

  • Online chat

  • Video or voice sessions

​

There is no limit on support sessions, and individuals engage voluntarily.

Consent & Responsibilities

When making a referral, your organisation must:

​

  • Ensure the individual has given informed consent

  • Provide accurate and relevant information

  • Use the system only for legitimate referrals

​

We then take responsibility for:

​

  • Safe handling of personal data

  • Ongoing communication and support

  • Compliance with UK GDPR and data protection legislation

Cost

This service is completely free.

​

We may introduce fees in the future, but if we do, you will receive a minimum of 60 days’ notice.

Agreements & Compliance

Before accessing MHSS Refer, your organisation will be asked to review and sign:

​

  • A Service Agreement outlining how we work together

  • A Data Sharing Agreement covering how personal data is handled

​

These ensure:

​

  • Clear responsibilities on both sides

  • Lawful and ethical data processing

  • Safe, transparent collaboration
