Trained volunteers will be ready to support you following the launch of our messaging service on the 31st of January.
Following this, in February, we’ll launch our Virtual Talking Service. Having a platform we can deliver personable support is important to us.
Volunteers are trained to bring themselves to the conversation, and help you feel comfortable, heard and supported.
The messaging service will run an appointments only basis during the pilot period of 31/01 - 31/03. If volunteer availability allows, users may be able to access support instantly and not need to book an appointment.
